animated illusts
For Animated Illustrations, the final price, turnaround, and deadline are dependent to the complexity of the illustrations. This service is only available seasonally, due to immense time needed with a lengthy process.

This service already has commercial use for stream, and video projects included. Please note that animated illustrations are inclusive of the illustration, later separation, and animation/rig via AE, or Live2D.

For Character Asset and Long-Term Projects, it is highly recommended to have projects like these on a reasonable, and long-term turnaround instead of having a super strict deadline due to availability and timeline. It is also recommended to have these projects discussed first.

✧ By reading my Terms of Service, you acknowledge, agree and fulfill all requirements and terms set when commissioning me.

general info
These illustrative products are for digital use only.
Client is required to be of legal age (18+) to commission me.
Artist may not guarantee to accept all commissions.
The artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, untimely deadlines, or other reasons such as a poor state of health, or any other notice.The Artist retains rights to the creation as their own work for portfolio, and showcase purpose.
Personal use only are given to clients as default use.
Personal use means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with little to no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, social media banners, stream screens, social media posts, print and framing in personal spaces.Artist retains copyright and intellectual property rights.
Clients will not claim Work as their own, but may credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work.Artist forbids work with individuals who involve, use, or integrate Generative AI.
Both parties agree that they will not use the Work for integration, involvement, and data scraping of AI.
payments
A partial payment is required before starting.
A 50% down payment is required before starting any commission. Clients can also choose to pay in full if they prefer.No cancellations or refunds once work begins, unless initiated by artist or client proposes with a valid reason.
Cancellations are strictly not possible once the Work begins, and refunds are non-applicable unless either initiated by the artist, if a client has a valid reason, or under the circumstances that they cancel 12 to 24 hours before the work begins.Once the work begins, cancellations and full refunds are not applicable.
Any additional charges will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

The Artist maintains copyright for showcase/portfolio purposes.
Confidentiality and privatization can be discussed towards projects for marketing, or commercial work.
Client has default right to personal use
(banner, schedule, social media showcase, etc.) and permission to post on social medias.All commissioned pieces are strictly prohibited from contributing to AI or NFT reselling.
Purchasing commercial usage for this purpose is not valid.Commercial use applies use for all: streams, videos, and content under any monetized instances.
Commercial rights apply use for all: digital/physical merchandise.
communication
Status updates every 3-7 days.
Commissions take about two weeks, and may typically average to one month or more depending on the complexity, project type, and workload per season.The client may message the artist to expedite and beyond the 5 to 7 day mark.
If there are no updates within the past 7 days, the client may message the artist to expedite and request for an update.Client must acknowledge progress updates.
The client is to respond to feedback or update as well within a reasonable timeframe, to acknowledge possible changes, check ins, or delays for the artwork.Artist provides deliverables as agreed.
If allowed, the artist will post watermarked or glazed versions of the commissioned artwork to prevent theft, and AI scaping.Per commission, only 3 major revisions are allowed per stage. More revisions will be charged extra.
Major revisions that affect more than three illustrations or the overall storyboard will incur additional charges.
cancellations
Termination of the commission will occur, if and only if under the circumstances that there is no set adjustments, or communication prior have taken place:
The client has violated or breached the artist’s terms of service,
The Client fails to communicate with the Artist, after no communication of 3 weeks or more.
The Client displays unreasonable behavior, such as disrespecting Artist’s boundaries, limits, and capabilities.
The client is non-reachable and has an incomplete payment with the artist. (No payment settled)
The artist violates an established NDA agreement before hand by posting, or publishing the Work without Client’s permission.
The Artist fails to deliver the commission past 2 days of the guaranteed delivery deadline, or the strictest deadline given by the Client if no communication or negotiation of deadlines has occurred prior.

Yes, you may request it!
However, please note that not all illustration files may have properly cut layers for default illustrations. At most, I can provide general separate layers so future editors/animators can cut the base parts into smaller details without worry.

Repost: Ask for authorization. Provide credit if granted.
Merch/profit: Please inquire first.
Please do not do that AI training or NFT use: Strictly, no.
If it’s a commissioned piece, only the client can use their respective pieces.
commission-specific questions
How do I know if my commission slot is confirmed?
Commission slots are only confirmed once payment is settled (whether in half payments, tier payments, or full payment). Slots with the ‘Queue’ label on them are unconfirmed, and must be confirmed within 48 hours from the proposal notice.What if my commission is an NDA project?
If your commission is an NDA project, your commission will be privately updated through communications instead.Does your commercial use fee cover one use only? (for streams only, MVs only, etc.)
Purchasing commercial use covers license for you to use your artwork for not only streams, but also for other projects for monetization or profit digitally such as: thumbnails, future video projects, etc.
project considerations & notes
Project inquiries may be declined sometimes due to various reasons. ie: extrenuating circumstance, health reasons, outside of skillset, etc.
In these cases, there can either be discussion for negotiation of turnaround, budget, or alternatvely I may refer other artists who are more qualified and apt that you can choose to consider.Custom projects cover any services that are not available at the moment or closed for the time being. These projects can cover long-term, seasonal, or commissions for specific pieces not listed in existing services.
Custom projects are also for those who are interested to work with me on long-term projects. Please reach out to me via VGen DMs for prior discussion, project brief and outline, etc.
